Upon receiving your requirements, we shall complete sample production within the shortest possible timeframe, exercising rigorous quality control to ensure sample consistency. All samples may be accompanied by performance test reports, enabling customers to verify quality in advance.
Quotation & Confirmation
Upon confirmation of the sample, we shall provide a detailed quotation and production schedule, including material costs, process specifications, and delivery timelines, ensuring the client has a clear understanding of each expense and procedure.
Mass Production
We employ automated weaving systems in our mass production, implementing comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process. From raw materials to finished products, each stage undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure every metre of woven tape meets the required standards.
Quality Inspection
All products undergo stringent quality control from raw materials to finished goods. Furthermore, we maintain our own testing laboratory and can provide inspection reports post-dispatch, covering tensile strength, colour fastness, abrasion resistance, and visual inspection. Should clients require it, we can furnish third-party testing reports to ensure products comply with international standards.
Packaging & Delivery
Custom packaging and labelling are provided in accordance with client specifications and customs requirements. Environmentally friendly materials are employed to ensure safe and undamaged transit. Our comprehensive and well-established logistics chain guarantees punctual and secure delivery.
After-sales & Support
Following product delivery, we shall monitor the logistics status throughout and provide after-sales service. Should customers encounter any issues during usage, we shall respond promptly, offering technical guidance and ongoing optimisation solutions.
