SECTION 1 - OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Shenzhen Jingye Accessories Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Jingye"). As a primary manufacturer with 26 years of industrial expertise, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jingye. By visiting our site or purchasing technical webbing products from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
SECTION 2 - B2B ELIGIBILITY
You represent that you are conducting business as a legal commercial entity or a professional purchaser for the procurement of industrial materials.
SECTION 3 - INDUSTRIAL TOLERANCES
As a manufacturer of technical materials (e.g., Polyester Mil-Spec 55301, Molle webbing), Jingye adheres to strict quality standards. However:
- Technical Variations: Textile products are subject to minor variations in width (+/- 1-2mm) and tensile strength based on atmospheric conditions and raw material batches.
- Color Matching: A color deviation within Delta E < 1.5 is considered commercially acceptable and does not constitute a defect.
- Material Substitution: Jingye will use the exact material (e.g., Polyester instead of Nylon) as specified in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
SECTION 3.2 - MOQS AND CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
Due to the industrial setup costs of high-velocity needle looms and specialized vat-dyeing equipment:
- MOQ Restrictions: Custom color-matching (Lab Dips), complex weaving structures (such as Jacquard process camouflage webbing), and specialty performance finishes (e.g., Flame Retardant, Anti-microbial treatments) are subject to strictly enforced Minimum Order Quantities per batch.
- Quantity Variance: Custom manufacturing contract runs are subject to standard industrial quantity variances (Over-run or Under-run) as explicitly stated and agreed upon in the formal Proforma Invoice (PI).
SECTION 3.5 - MIL-SPEC COMPLIANCE & ACCREDITATION
Jingye manufactures technical narrow fabrics based on international performance standards (including but not limited to MIL-DTL-5038K, MIL-W-5664D, MIL-PRF-17337G, and A-A-55301). However:
- Certificate of Conformance (CoC): A standard factory CoC can be provided upon request prior to shipment. Third-party laboratory testing (e.g., SGS, OEKO-TEX) required by the Buyer must be declared before contract signing and shall be funded by the Buyer unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- NIR (Near-Infrared) Reflectance: For tactical-grade webbings specified as NIR-compliant, reflectance values are governed by active US military spectral bands. Minor lot-to-lot variances within military standard tolerances are expected and legally binding.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice due to polymer market volatility. Formal quotes are typically valid for 30 days.
SECTION 4.5 - LAB DIPS AND SAMPLE APPROVAL
For all custom-dyed webbings (Coyote 498, Ranger Green, Olive Drab, or custom Pantone codes) and specialty patterns:
Jingye will submit physical swatch counter-samples or digital lab dips for formal approval. Bulk mass production will only commence upon receiving written or electronic confirmation from the Buyer. Jingye shall not be held liable for any aesthetic or structural deviations if the bulk product matches the approved physical reference sample.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any specific molds or specialized weaving setups remain the property of Jingye unless a separate ownership agreement is signed and paid for.
SECTION 7 - SHIPMENT & RISK
All international trades are conducted under FOB (Free on Board) or EXW (Ex Works) terms unless specified otherwise. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
SECTION 8 - QUALITY CLAIMS
The Buyer must inspect all goods within 15 business days of arrival. Claims must be supported by high-resolution photos or laboratory test reports.
SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Shenzhen.
