3. High softening point and heat resistance (such as nylon 46, etc., high heat distortion temperature of high crystalline nylon, which can be used for a long time at 150 degrees. After PA66 is reinforced with glass fiber, its heat distortion temperature can reach more than 250 degrees).

4. The surface is smooth, the friction coefficient is small, and it is wear-resistant. When used as a movable mechanical component, it has self-lubricating properties and low noise. It can be used without lubricant when the friction is not too high; if it is really necessary to use lubricant to reduce friction or help heat dissipation, water, oil, grease, etc. can be selected. Therefore, as a transmission part, its service life is long.

5. The supply of recycled nylon materials is corrosion-resistant, very resistant to alkalis and most salt liquids, also resistant to weak acids, engine oil, gasoline, aromatic compounds and general solvents, inert to aromatic compounds, but not resistant to strong acids and oxidants. It can resist the erosion of gasoline, oil, fat, alcohol, weak alkali, etc. and has good anti-aging ability. It can be used as packaging material for lubricating oil, fuel, etc.

6. Self-extinguishing, non-toxic, odorless, good weather resistance, inert to biological erosion, good antibacterial and mildew resistance.

7. The supply of recycled nylon has excellent electrical properties. Good electrical insulation. Nylon has high volume resistance and high breakdown voltage. In dry environment, it can be used as power frequency insulation material, and it still has good electrical insulation even in high humidity environment.

8. The parts are light in weight, easy to dye and form. Fast flow due to low melt viscosity. It is easy to fill the mold, the freezing point is high after filling the mold, and it can be shaped quickly, so the molding cycle is short and the production efficiency is high.
