Laboratory Testing

At our company, we place a strong emphasis on precision and reproducibility in our testing procedures. Our laboratory equipment is top-of-the-line and operated by highly trained personnel to ensure accurate results. This allows us to thoroughly evaluate and match our products to meet the precise specifications required by our customers.

To ensure consistent performance and quality, we manufacture all of our products according to ISO 9001:2015 standards, following a formal test plan for specific performance requirements. Our in-house testing capabilities include yarn testing, webbing break strain testing, fire resistance testing, and infrared reflectance testing (IRR). In cases where there is no publicly available standard, we will develop a test method internally or in collaboration with the customer to verify performance.

Additionally, to ensure that we surpass even our own rigorous safety standards, we utilize external testing facilities such as SGS, BV, TUV, and Intertek for independent verification of our in-house quality and testing results.

 


Flame-retardant Testing

We understand that our customers' needs are constantly evolving, and we strive to meet and exceed their expectations. To this end, we have developed a comprehensive range of flame-resistant (FR) treated nylon webbing that meets both horizontal and vertical flame-resistant burn testing requirements.

Our FR-treated nylon webbing has been rigorously tested to comply with the aviation industry's FAR 25.853 and the NFPA 1971 standards for vertical flame resistance. This ensures that our products are reliable and durable, even in the most demanding environments. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that meet their exacting standards for performance and safety.

Infrared Reflectance Testing

Our state-of-the-art high-precision infrared reflectance (IRR) testing equipment allows us to conduct rapid testing of fabric samples or large shipments with unmatched accuracy and efficiency.

With this equipment, we are able to develop near-infrared reflectance webbing tailored to our customers' specific requirements, covering the range of 0-1200nm. This ensures that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability, and can be customized to meet the needs of any industry or application.
